As a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, Nutrition and Wellness Coach with American Fitness Professionals Association, and Core Power Yoga Instructor. Lisa is absolutely passionate about helping people to live healthy lifestyles through creative and fun exercise along with smart nutrition choices. She offers her clients a variety of exercise options including strength training, flexibility, sports conditioning, Bootcamp, interval training, yoga and cardio-kickboxing as well as offering one on one nutrition and exercise training. Lisa has served hundreds of adults and children in the Concord and Manchester area over the past 24 years.
Lisa resides in Hopkinton along with her husband, three children and two pups, Fletcher and Mason. She and her family enjoy all sorts of sports including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, tennis, waterskiing and long walks in beautiful New Hampshire.
As a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA, Danielle believes everyone has a limitless potential and their wellness journey is personal and should be tailored to them. She understands the importance of embracing a healthy lifestyle and the balance it brings to people's lives. She offers creative, fun, and challenging ways to achieve and maintain their goals. With 20 years of experience as a Group exercise instructor with the YMCA, sports conditioning, boot camps, core and stability training, and youth running programs she has found success with many clients. She also holds a certification in TRX Suspension Training and teaches for the American Red Cross as a CPR/First Aid Instructor.
Danielle grew up in Manchester and still resides here today with her two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, adventure races, hiking, and taking advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer.
Todd began training in Tae Kwon Do in 1986 and currently holds the rank of 4th Degree black belt. He has always been passionate about his love for the Arts and all that it has provided him in life. He takes a disciplined, but fun approach to keeping in shape while learning proven and effective Martial Arts techniques infused with current calorie burning exercise routines. Todd lives in Auburn, NH with his wife and three children. He tries to stay as active as possible while kayaking, snow shoeing, or participating in adventure races.
A recent college graduate Catrina Lougee comes to us from New England College where she was a collegiate cross country runner helping her team win the North Atlantic Conference championship in 2013. As a New Hampshire native and former University of Maine black bear sprint/hurdler and high school soccer player, Catrina provides us with an abundance of sports based fitness knowledge.
With a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology with concentrations in Fitness Leadership and Physical Therapy, and a double minor in Wellness and Psychology her background is a great addition. In her spare time she is the assistant cross country coach at the Derryfield School and the head girls winter track coach at Nashua South.
Kerry Litka, BS, MS, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga since 2005. Kerry has a BS in Physical Education with a specialization in Health & Fitness from Keene State College and a MS in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and is particularly interested in biomechanics.
Kerry has been a long distance runner and competitive cyclist for over 20 years and has competed in cycling races, triathlons, and running races all over the US and Canada. She began practicing yoga in 2005 as a complement to her training as an elite level cyclist. Yoga improved her athletic performance and over the years she explored a variety of styles of yoga, including Hatha, Anusara Inspired, Vinyasa, Bikram, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga.
Kerry completed her 200 hour training with Maureen Miller, E-RYT through Yoga NH, and holds an additional certification in Yin Yoga. Through her experience as an athlete as well as her education, Kerry can develop both individualized and group yoga programs that can meet the needs of a diverse student population.
Bethany has been in the field of health and fitness since 2009. With a degree in Kinesiology from New England College, she has worked with a variety of populations ranging from teens to 90-year-olds. Bethany utilizes a body and mind lifestyle approach to help her clients, working with them to set and to achieve their fitness goals.
Along with her bachelor’s degree, Bethany is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and as TRX Suspension Training instructor.
In her free time, Bethany is a natural competing figure athlete in the OCB. She also enjoys hiking and kayaking with her fiancé, Zach. She grew up in, and currently resides in Manchester.
Shane is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. In addition, he is TRX Suspension and Group Instructor certified. He works with a variety of demographics including kids, retirees, people with physical handicaps or medical conditions, beginners to athletes, and anyone in between.
With a background in sports and power lifting Shane has an exercise arsenal sure to provide clients with effective, fun, and diverse trainings. Shane’s experience and creativity is well suited to help clients overcome any challenges or hurdles that might stand in their way.
Shane lives in Manchester and is currently finishing his Associates degree in Exercise Science. Shane has been athletic his entire life; he also enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and going to shows during his free time.
