As a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, Nutrition and Wellness Coach with American Fitness Professionals Association, and Core Power Yoga Instructor. Lisa is absolutely passionate about helping people to live healthy lifestyles through creative and fun exercise along with smart nutrition choices. She offers her clients a variety of exercise options including strength training, flexibility, sports conditioning, Bootcamp, interval training, yoga and cardio-kickboxing as well as offering one on one nutrition and exercise training. Lisa has served hundreds of adults and children in the Concord and Manchester area over the past 24 years.
Lisa resides in Hopkinton along with her husband, three children and two pups, Fletcher and Mason. She and her family enjoy all sorts of sports including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, tennis, waterskiing and long walks in beautiful New Hampshire.
As a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA, Danielle believes everyone has a limitless potential and their wellness journey is personal and should be tailored to them. She understands the importance of embracing a healthy lifestyle and the balance it brings to people's lives. She offers creative, fun, and challenging ways to achieve and maintain their goals. With 20 years of experience as a Group exercise instructor with the YMCA, sports conditioning, boot camps, core and stability training, and youth running programs she has found success with many clients. She also holds a certification in TRX Suspension Training and teaches for the American Red Cross as a CPR/First Aid Instructor.
Danielle grew up in Manchester and still resides here today with her husband and two incredible daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, adventure races, hiking, and taking advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer.
Todd began training in Tae Kwon Do in 1986 and currently holds the rank of 4th Degree black belt. He has always been passionate about his love for the Arts and all that it has provided him in life. He takes a disciplined, but fun approach to keeping in shape while learning proven and effective Martial Arts techniques infused with current calorie burning exercise routines. Todd lives in Auburn, NH with his wife and three children. He tries to stay as active as possible while kayaking, snow shoeing, or participating in adventure races.
Kathy has been athletic her entire life. Her experience includes teaching spinning/cycling and aerobics classes at the YMCA for over 25 years. She is a certified TRX instructor and a runner, having run with friends for ten years.
Kathy firmly believes anyone can become fit and healthy if surrounded by dedicated friends with common goals. She looks forward to sharing her stories with you as you meet your goals and get Fit at The Fort! Kathy grew up and resides in Manchester with her husband, Peter.
Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Andres has always been passionate about being healthy, active and pushing himself. He is a young, motivated and energized individual who is eager to get others to be as motivated as he is about staying in shape.
Andres is never shy about trying new ways to improve his health, always trying out different workouts from boxing, TRX, Bootcamp, Bikram Yoga, Zumba and swimming. He believes in all kinds of workouts and the benefits each one provides. He believes there is no one way to get to your goal, just different paths and believes it is up to you to choose the way, he will be there to motivate and help along the way.
Andres was born in Bogota, Colombia where he lived for about 11 years before moving to the US. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, graduated from Manchester West High School where he played sports each year. He currently attends Manchester Community College for Graphic Design.
Kyle has always had a strong draw to physical activity. His passion for testing the limits of his body guided him through his college basketball career and almost two decades of dedicated workouts in strength training, plyometrics and running. In recent years, Kyle has developed a love of yoga and its ability to balance rigorous physical activity with holistic well being. He has completed the 200 hour Yoga Alliance training through Health Yoga Life in Boston. Kyle enjoys challenging students both physically and mentally through a power vinyasa flow style of yoga.
Kyle lives in Deerfield with his wife and three young children (twin boys and a spirited little girl!). He enjoys running, hiking and spending time at the beach with his family.
Kevin has been committed to living a fit life since his college years. After playing football for Tufts University, he began running.
Kevin has completed multiple marathons, triathlons and an ironman. He loves working with and inspiring people, so instructing comes naturally.
Kevin is Spin, Ripped and Tabata certified and is also a high school football coach. He also is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the AFAA.

As an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Alec enjoys helping people gain confidence through accomplishing goals they previously thought impossible. Alec began training in 2008 at the University of Maine Recreational Center while a student. In 2009 he commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA. Alec deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 and 2012. In May 2012, he transitioned to the Marine Corps Reserves and moved to Manchester with his fiance. Alec offers his clients strength training, sports conditioning, bootcamp, interval training, one on one training and tandem training.
Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She received her A.S. in Exercise Science from Manchester Community College. Jennifer has acquired a great amount of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
The focus of her training has been on general fitness, weight loss, injury prevention, sports specific goals, and senior fitness. She offers a variety of exercise options to her clients including: bootcamp, running programs, strength training, flexibility/core training, and interval training.
Whatever your goals, Jennifer will help you achieve them. Her dedication is to the well-being and success of her clients; her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to live a healthy lifestyle.
